Cancellation Policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods. 
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Sanddollar GmbH & Co. KG, Cheruskerstraße 93, 40545 Düsseldorf, Germany, service@sanddollar.de) of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). To do so, you can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not compulsory.

You can fill out and submit the cancellation form electronically on our website www.sanddollar.de/en/cancellation-form. If you use this option, we will confirm receipt of such a cancellation immediately (e.g. by e-mail).

In order to safeguard the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of your right of cancellation before the expiration of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the cancellation


If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you chose a different method of delivery than that offered by us, i.e. the cheapest standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the notification was received by us. To reimburse you, we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will be charged fees on account of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.


You have to return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us about the cancellation of this contract. You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
