In the case of returns, Sanddollar assumes the direct costs (see Cancellation instructions).Your order will be processed immediately after acceptance of your order. Shipping is only insured by DHL package. We strive to ship the goods within 2 – 3 business days. Usually we ship within 2 business days after order.
