The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
    2. Parties to the contract, contract conclusion

The purchase contract is concluded with Sanddollar GmbH & Co. KG. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer for the conclusion of the contract with regard to these articles. You can initially place our products into the shopping basket without any obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids in the order process provided for this purpose. The contract is concluded when you click on the order button to accept the offer regarding the goods contained in the shopping basket. Immediately after sending the order off, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
    3. Contract language, storage of the contract text

The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can also view and download the Terms and Conditions on this page at any time. You can view your past orders in our customer login area.
    4. Terms of delivery

In addition to the product prices indicated, shipping costs will also be added. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the information relating to the specific goods on offer. We only dispatch goods via post. Unfortunately, self-collection of the product is not possible. We do not deliver to PACKSTATION parcel machines.

The following payment methods are available in our shop:
      • Credit card

By submitting your order, you also submit your credit card details at the same time.

After your legitimation as the legitimate card holder, we request that your credit card company initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order has been placed. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is debited accordingly.

There is no extra charge for you if you decide to pay by credit card, unless you have separate arrangements with your credit card provider.
      • PayPal

You will receive more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately by SOFORT bank transfer and your account will be debited accordingly.

    6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been effected.
    7. Damage in transit

If goods are delivered that have obviously been damaged in transit, please report such errors to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failing to make a complaint or make contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the freight carrier or the transport insurance.
    8. Warranty and guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the following, the statutory right of non-liability shall apply. The limitation period for claims for defects in the case of used goods shall be one year from delivery of the goods. The above-mentioned limitations and reductions in time limits do not apply to claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

      • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as malice,

      • Information about any applicable additional warranties and their exact terms can be found on the product page and on specific information pages in the online shop.

For the rest, claims for damages are excluded.
